Photographs and descriptions used online are illustrative. As a small ready-to-wear closet, quantities of each piece are modest, and pieces that sell out are not automatically re-ordered.
5. Fittings, alterations, and private viewings
Fittings, small alterations, and private viewings arranged through this website or by phone are confirmed in writing or at the counter. Alterations are coordinated in-house through the local seamstress we work with, and are carried out on the piece purchased at the closet.

All transactions between the closet and consumers are governed by Brazilian consumer protection law, including the Consumer Defence Code (Federal Law 8.078/1990). Exchanges, returns, and warranty coverage on pieces sold at the closet follow the applicable rules, and any complaint may be raised in person at the counter or by contacting us at the details below.
